Kingfisher Day!

I love my Balcony. But why?
Becouse I am able to make pictures like this, standing on it!
How many pictures I have made from this so privat spot, I don't know.
But I have seen a lot of Planes! Even some Engines on fire...
Ich liebe meinen Balkon! Warum?
Weil ich genau solche Bilder von diesem Privaten Platz aus machen kann.
Habe sicherlich tausende von Bildern von dort aus geschossen...
Viele tolle Flugzeuge gesehen! Und auch ein paar Triebwerke die gebrannt haben...

BirdLife Switzerland is active for the conservation of biodiversity in Switzerland and, through its partnership with BirdLife International, all over the world. BirdLife Switzerland has 68,000 members and incorporates 20 national and cantonal associations as well as 430 local groups.
And this year, they turned 100 years old!
And the best, I was the official photographer for the event!

All over yellow! You are good at Photoshop...!!!
Not this time! The Sahara Dessert, has send us a lot of Sand Dust, in strong high winds!
That causes the yellow sky!
The feeling is weird, like in a Steven King Horror Movie!
Remember skiing as a Kid, and the snow was all over yellow sand!

Heute wurde nicht nur die Schweiz 730 Jahre alt.
Ich war auch Gast beim Street-Photography Workshop
meines Freundes Christoph Ris.
Hauptsätzlich eingesetzt habe ich die Nikon D850, Nikon Z6,
mit den Objektiven Nikkor 24-70 2.8 VR und 70-200 2.8 FL
Today is not only Switzerland's 730th Birthday.
I was also a guest at a Street-Photography Workshop
of my dear friend Christoph Ris. What a joy, shooting some pictures!

Swiss Boeing 777, landet auf dem Supermond
Vorbereitung ist alles! Nicht nur im Foto Leben, sondern auch im Beruf und im Privaten!
Ich wusste genau wo der Mond sein wird, bei den ersten Landungen ab 6h Morgens, aus die Piste 14 des Flughafen Zürichs.
Die Kamera einstellen, einen Probeschuss ohne Flugzeug und nun hilft nur noch Glück dass genau eine Maschine zum richtigen Zeitpunkt landet.
Das Flugzeug davor ist durch den Mond geflogen...

Jumbos Jets sind seit einiger Zeit eher seltene Gäste geworden.
So habe ich den Fracht Jumbo der AirACT, wann immer möglich fotografiert.
Für dieses Bild habe ich mir vorgestellt den Jumbo in die Landschaft einzubetten. Mit eine Spiegellosen Kamera kann das Autofokusfeld sehr schön genau ausgerichtet werden. So war es mir möglich die Komposition bereits in der Kamera zu machen. Bewusst wurde das Bild eingefroren mit einer kurzen Verschlusszeit so dass die Umgebung war genommen werden kann und nicht verschwommen ist durch mitziehen.
